A one piece full dry carbon fibre front splitter specifically for the Audi RS3 8.5Y Gen 2 Facelift. Designed to enhance aerodynamic performance and visual aggression, the splitter integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s OEM styling - achieving a factory fitted appearance. The objective was to visually lower the front end without altering the car’s ride height, delivering both aesthetic and functional improvements.
During the design phase, we optimised airflow management to direct turbulent air efficiently into the wheel arches at high velocities. This was achieved through our in-house aerodynamic simulation software, which enables dynamic wind speed testing across CAD models and engineering drawings.
Crafted from 100% Pre-Preg carbon fibre, and finished with market-leading Glasurit clear coat and UV.

We designed this lip/splitter using CAD scans of the front bumper to ensure a perfect fit.
Installation Notes
The front splitter is a direct plug and play installation using the x5 factory mounting point locations, factory screws reused. We recommend a good bonding agent alongside the mounting point locations - windscreen bonding/tiger seal to ensure high speed rigidity. We recommend professional installation.
