Shipping Policy

We aim to fulfil your order within 1 - 3 working days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimated at checkout, however, these are subject to change depending on the local customs processing times. Should there be a delay in processing your order, we will be in contact to provide you with supplementary information regarding timescales.

All products are shipped via Royal Mail. The Standard shipping option selected at checkout does not include customer tracking. The Express shipping option selected at checkout includes customer tracking.

IPPS is not liable for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for settling the amount due during the importation / customs process.

Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send the return will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is declared as defective, we accept no liability for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or any other expenses incurred in returning items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products. Products noted as custom items are explicitly detailed within the product description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you currently have and placing a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal: 14 Day Cooling Off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note: This does not apply to custom products. Products noted as custom items are explicitly detailed within the product description.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
