Audi A3 | S3 | RS3 8Y 8.5Y Komplettes Lackschutzfolien-Kit für den Innenraum

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Products and Truly Outstanding Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but Innovative Paint Protection Solutions and Alex absolutely deserve a five-star review.

I purchased the interior PPF kit for my new Audi RS3. Unfortunately, the original kit that arrived was for a left-hand-drive vehicle. I contacted the company and politely enquired about a refund.

To my surprise, Alex personally called me to apologise for the mistake. He immediately arranged for the correct right-hand-drive kit to be sent out without any hesitation and even told me to keep the incorrect kit rather than returning it. That level of customer service is exceptionally rare these days.

What impressed me even more was the support after the sale. Alex took the time to talk me through the installation process, offering practical tips and advice that gave me the confidence to fit everything myself, despite never having installed PPF before.

I also purchased the PPF for the interior dash panels, centre console, multimedia display, gloss black door pillars and boot pillars. Every single piece was precision cut and fitted perfectly. I had no issues whatsoever during installation. The templates were incredibly accurate, making the process far easier than I had expected for a first-time installer.

The finished result is outstanding. The entire cockpit now has invisible protection while retaining the original factory appearance, and the gloss black door and boot pillars look absolutely immaculate. It’s reassuring knowing these high-wear areas are now protected from scratches and swirl marks without compromising the look of the car.

Alex even offered me a further discount on my additional PPF purchases, which was a fantastic gesture and demonstrates how much he values his customers.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but it’s how those mistakes are resolved that really defines a business. Innovative Paint Protection Solutions turned what could have been a negative experience into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Innovative Paint Protection Solutions to anyone looking for premium-quality PPF that’s accurately cut, easy to install and backed by genuinely first-class customer service. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond. You’ve gained a customer for life.

Great quality, fits perfectly. Easy to install.

Got the matte film for my S3 console and liked it so much that I just ordered the dashboard film too.

Super easy to install, thanks to the instructions. Hid all my damage and don't need to worry anymore. Wish I'd done it sooner.

I ordered this kit to hide the scratches on my gloss black plastics - it's completely renewed the finish of the plastics, and is practically invisible. Took about 5 minutes to install, very easy with the instructions. Would recommend!
